If the inlet and outlet pipe seal is good, you should check the torque converter inlet and outlet pressure valve work. If the pressure valve can not be closed, the pressure valve should be removed, check the components for wear and tear, oil and oil holes are unobstructed, and whether the spring permanent deformation. When the parts wear exceeds the limit value, it should be replaced or repaired.

If the forklift parts pressure valve is working properly, you should disassemble the inlet pipe and filter, if clogged, to remove the sediment and cleaning. If the tubing is smooth, you need to repair the hydraulic pump, if necessary, to be replaced.

2. Oil spill

(1) Symptom

3. abnormal sound

If the friction clutch is working properly, the torque converter should be disassembled to see the wear of the seal ring, turbine and impeller.

After starting the engine can not drive, it may be the forklift parts torque converter into the oil pressure valve spool stuck or clutch can not be on the block.
